A well-trained and certified team is essential to delivering consistent, high-level results. Many of our training programs are not just encouraged, they’re mandatory. Independent certifications confirm that our workforce is qualified, skilled, and up to date.
Our way of working is anchored in a Bureau Veritas–certified Integrated Management System, based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Through regular audits and updates, we ensure the system stays current and reflects our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

Through regular internal and external audits, we ensure that the system remains active, relevant, and continuously improving.All departments within our organisation contribute to shaping and refining our procedures. After careful review and approval, updates are implemented. Our guiding principle is clarity: every procedure must be easy to understand for all teams involved and should reflect how we actually work—clear, practical, and in line with day-to-day operations.
Stentor operates under a certified Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001:2015. This framework ensures that environmental responsibility is structurally embedded in our daily operations and long-term decision-making. Through periodic internal and external audits, we monitor compliance, environmental impact, and performance improvement. The system covers key aspects such as energy consumption, waste management, material usage, and emissions control across our production processes.
Environmental objectives are defined, measured, and reviewed systematically. By integrating environmental awareness into planning, procurement, and production, Stentor ensures that sustainability is not a standalone initiative, but part of how we operate as an industrial manufacturer.
Welding is one of our most critical processes, and since 2012 we’ve operated a dedicated quality control system in line with ISO 3834-2:2021, validated by DNV-GL.Our welding team is continuously trained and tested, with regular audits conducted by independent bodies and customers. Supported by two International Welding Engineers (IWE), we confidently take on complex welding projects in stainless, mild, and various special steels—always with quality and compliance at the core.
Stentor operates under a certified Occupational Health & Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018. The system provides a structured framework to identify, assess, and control workplace risks across all production and operational activities.
Safety responsibilities are embedded at all levels of the organization. Training, awareness, and active reporting contribute to a working environment where prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement are central. The objective is clear: safe operations without compromise, aligned with the reality of heavy industrial manufacturing.
To meet the expectations of our clients and industry standards, we hold multiple Factory and Type Approvals from leading Class Societies. While our flexible, customer-specific approach often goes beyond the scope of standard type approvals, our close and frequent collaboration with Class Societies ensures that most designs receive approval quickly and efficiently.
For each project, we prepare a tailored Stentor Quality Plan (SQP). It outlines all key steps toward product quality, including hold and witness points, required tests, and quality criteria.
The SQP, with its annexes, serves as a complete record of the product once the project is finalized. Content is based on product complexity, customer and Class Society requirements, and our in-house expertise. All documents are reviewed and approved by our Technical and Quality Management teams.
Customers can contribute to the SQP where needed, and combining it with client-specific quality documents is a standard, fully supported practice.
We monitor product quality from the very first design steps and material sourcing through to final production. Quality gates and spot checks are in place throughout the process, and are validated by both senior and quality management.All procedures follow our Stentor Quality Plan and are embedded in our Integrated Management System, certified under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015—standards we’ve upheld for many years.
